Katie and Ron had been saving up to buy a house for a while and realized that with the low interest rates it was within their means sooner rather than later.

What were you looking for in a real estate agent and why did you choose Travis?
Through Katie's previous home buying experience with Travis it was a no brainer to even question looking at working with another realtor. Ron was quick to realize how knowledgeable, professional and passionate Travis was about real estate and knew he was in good hands.
What were you most nervous or concerned about?
Not finding a home that met our needs within our price range and any hidden problems within the home.
What stood out to you about the process?
How quick the markets can change. Also, how much you could tell about a home by looking at the linen closet!
What was the best part of your buying experience?
Finding a home worthy of an offer and also having it be accepted fairly quickly.
Were there stressful moments and how were they handled?
The market was incredibly emotionally draining on us. However, talking it over with Travis (many times) allowed us to sleep better at night. Because of that we felt quite confident and strong with how we made our offer.
How did Travis guide you through the buying process?
Travis highlighted aspects to be aware of and consider that we never would have thought of. He put us in good hands while away and consistently made transparent contact throughout the experience.

What advice would you have for future clients?
Trust the process, as Travis always told us. The more houses you see, the better understanding you'll have of what is really important.
